1 Acceptance of Terms

2.3 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one agam99 account. Creating more than one account — whether using a different name, email, phone number, or IP address — is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

2.4 KYC Verification

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by Member

You may close your agam99 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing, ensure all real money balances have been withdrawn. Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will not be paid out upon account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by agam99

Agam99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:
